Banner Corporation (NASDAQ:BANR), the parent company of Banner Bank and
Islanders Bank, today announced its Board of Directors declared a
regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.01 per share. The dividend is
payable July 16, 2012, to common shareholders of record on July 9, 2012.
Banner Corporation also announced that it will report second quarter
2012 results after the market closes on Wednesday, July 25, 2012.
Management will host a conference call on Thursday, July 26 at 8:00 a.m.
PDT (11:00 a.m. EDT) to discuss the results. The call will also be
broadcast live via the internet.
