The Banner Bank executive leadership team is pleased to announce Jim
McLean has been promoted to Executive Vice President of the Commercial
Real Estate Lending Division, and a member the Executive Management
Committee. McLean is filling the position vacated by Doug Bennett who
retired after more than 30 years of dedicated service to the bank.

In his new role, McLean leads a team of nearly 80 throughout the Bank’s
five state footprint, including the Multifamily Lending Group,
Commercial Real Estate Specialty Unit, Residential Construction and
Income Property Divisions, and loan administration related to this
division.
McLean joined Banner Bank in November 2010 as Senior Vice President in
the Commercial Real Estate Division. Prior to that, he garnered 20 years
of real estate finance experience while working for two Top 30 U.S.
commercial bank holding companies, including 10 years in executive
leadership roles and as a principal of a mid-sized regional commercial
real estate development firm.
